Finally, there is an answer!

For parents of children who struggle to learn, finding effective intervention can be a challenge. Integrated Learning Institute (ILI) provides tools for learning that offer hope. The purpose of Integrated Learning Institute is to equip students who have learning problems to become independent learners.

NILD Educational Therapy

In order to accomplish the goal of developing independent learners, ILI employs the methodologies of The National Institute for Learning Development (NILD). This approach is individualized and intensive mediated learning. Compensatory techniques are avoided.

Many of NILD's techniques were developed through the work of pioneers in the field of learning disorders, such as Archie Silver, M.D. and Rosa Hagin, PH.D, at Bellevue Medical Center in New York. In 1973 these techniques were introduced into a school setting and the NILD model was born. Today NILD is an international organization with trained NILD Educational Therapists in forty-two states and forty-six countries.
